乌鲁木齐中通快递配送中心选址问题研究

会计学的就业前景        摘 要：快递配送中心的选址对于其业务开拓起着至关重要的作用，同时也是出于快递公司长远发展战略的考虑。文章采用定量和定性相结合的分析方法对乌鲁木齐中通快递配送中心的选址进行研究，首先选取市内的16个主要配送网点和相应的配送量，然后运用重心法和遗传算法对配送中心进行定量分析，最后用AHP对所选的配送中心方案进行科学的评价，最终选定更适宜公司长远发展的配送中心。

        Abstract： The express distribution center's location plays a vital role in its business development. It is also considering express company's long-term development strategy. The article uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method for researc

At first selecting the city's 16 major distribution network and the corresponding distribution amount， then using gravity method and genetic algorithm to do quantitative analysis for the distribution center， finally using AHP火影541玛格汉仪祭师之角（analytic hierarchy process）地热地板to do scientific evaluation on the selected plan about distribution center， ultimately selecting distribution center which is more suitable for the company long-term development.
