前言
Foreword
HHF-1300钻井泵是中、深井钻机的主要配套部件之一，钻井泵零部件按照API spec 7K规范和有关标准进行设计制造，可满足其钻机实施钻井作业的使用要求。
HHF-1300 is one of the most important equipments for rig drilling middle and deep wells. The parts and components of this drilling pump are designed and manufactured according to API spec 7K and related standards. It can satisfy the drilling operation requirements of drilling rig.
本手册从总体上描述了钻井泵的技术规范与性能参数、传动原理、总体结构、安装、使用维护及检修、调整、常见故障处置、易损件更换以及使用中的其它注意事项等内容。
This manual generally describes in detail its technical specifications and performance parameters, drive principle, configuration, installation and adjustment, operation and maintenance, frequent failure and troubleshooting, replacement of easy wear parts and other precautions etc.
钻井泵操作人员在安装使用之前请详细阅读钻井泵用户手册。并按手册的要求安装、使用、维修钻井泵。若不了解相关内容，错误的安装、使用或维修可能会导致人身伤害或设备损坏。
Before installation and operation, the operator of drilling pump shall read the user’s manual of this drilling pump carefully, and do installation, operation and maintenance of drilling pump according to this manual. If he does not know the related contents, improper installation, operation or servicing may cause human injury and the equipment damage sequentially.
泵的左边和右边是从泵的动力端向液力端看来确定的，这个方位也用于识别十字头、液缸等有关零件的左、中、右。
The left and right sides of this pump are determined by looking from the power end
to the fluid end. This way is also effective for determining the left, middle and right sides of components such as crosshead, cylinder etc.
每台泵都有出厂编号，用户订购备件或查询有关事项时，请指明泵的型号和出厂编号。
Each pump has an ex-factory code, customers need to point out specially the model and ex-factory code, when they order spare parts and inquire about the equipment.
用户手册后附有推荐备件清单，供用户订购备件时参考。如果用户所需备件超过清单范围，请参考HHF-1300钻井泵零件图册。
There is a recommended spare parts list attached to this manual for reference for our user ordering, if the requested parts exceed the range listed, please consult the parts list of HHF-1300.
