Abstract:The operating capability of a boiler with a sub-critical600MW unit is studied when the depth is raised to30%rated.The results show that the boiler combustion is stable at low load without equipment transformation and no combustion-supporting,the main and auxiliary system of boiler are normal and safe,the boiler meets the ultra-low emission requirements,and the boiler basically realizes the goal of depth peak-load to30%rated load in a static manner・However,the boiler also has problems such as weak signal of secondary air flow measuring device,low temperature and large ammonia injection of SCR denitrification system,and low efficiency of boiler.This is a problem that needs to be solved to further improve the boiler depth peak-load ability.
