二、培养目标            Educational Objectives
培养具备工商管理基本理论和系统的专业知识，熟练掌握技术经济评价理论和方法、电力市场分析与交易理论及实务、电力工程管理，具有较强技术经济分析能力、尤其是电力技术经济分析与评价能力的高级管理人才。能够从事规划、计划、工程造价、投资项目可行性分析和全过程控制、在电力企业和其它企事业单位以及政府部门从事经济管理及有关教学科研工作。
This major cultivates students into advanced special talents, who master the basic theory and specialty knowledge of business administration major; master the theory and method of technical-economic evaluation; master market analysis, trade theory and practice of power market; be familiar with electric power project management; have the good ability of technical-economic analysis, especially in technical and economic analysis and evaluation of power market. They can engage in planning, project assessing, feasibility analyzing and process control of investment projects, engage in management, teaching and science researching jobs in electric power enterprises, other enterprises, and government departments.
三、专业培养基本要求        Skills Profile
毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：
1．掌握工商管理的基本理论和分析方法；
2．掌握电力技术经济及管理的分析方法和计算机应用技能；
3．掌握电力市场分析及交易与营销的理论与应用技能；
4．掌握电力工程项目全过程管理与控制的理论与方法；
5．了解中外工商管理的学术动态及应用前景；
6．了解中外电力技术经济及管理的前沿理论与应用发展状况；
7．掌握中外技术经济及管理的文献检索、资料查询的基本方法、具有一定的综合技术经济与管理研究和实际工作能力；
8．具备在技术经济与管理相关领域继续深造的潜质和能力。
The required knowledge and ability for the graduates as follows:
1. Master the basic theory and analyzing method of business administration.
2. Master the analyzing method of power economics and management, as well as computer application.
3. Master the analysis and trade theory of power market; as well as marketing theory and its application.
4. Master the theory and method of electric power project management and process control.
5. Understand the academic trend and application prospect of business administration.
6. Understand the new theory and application situation of power economics and administration.
7. Master the method of document retrieval and information query; possess comprehensive ability in research and practical work.
8. Possess the potential and ability to further study in technical economics and related fields.
