我国私募基金存在的风险及防范
摘 要
改革开放以来，我国私募基金市场不断发展壮大，已经成为促进经济发展，调整产业结构，繁荣城乡市场，扩大社会就业的重要力量。虽然私募基金在我国出现的时间较晚，但发展迅猛，目前已经具有了相当大的规模和影响力，成为证券市场中一股不可忽视的力量。私募基金的公开化和合法化将直接关系到我国基金业未来的发展。
本文通过通过分析我国私募基金的发展概况，探讨私募基金对我国资本市场的重大影响，分析我国私募基金现在存在的问题，对此提出相关建议和发展对策。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, the privately offered fund in china has been development and expansion,
and has becoming an important strength in promoting economic development and adjusting in industrial structure, prospering urban and rural markets, extending social employment. although the appearance of privately offered fund in our country is very late, privately offered fund has been developing rapidly, now it already has become considerable scale and market influence, and become the important strength which can not be indispensable ignored of the securities market. The glasnost and the legalization of the private equity fund will directly relate to the future development of the fund.
