摘要：工程咨询企业是高素质人才聚集的知识密集型企业。如何实现企业知识的共享和创新，关系到企业能
否在激烈竞争中取胜。依据工程咨询企业的现状，提出了几种适合企业需求和特点的知识地图模型，并以云南
省2家工程造价咨询企业为研究对象，构建项目型知识地图应用模型为实例，探讨不同规模的企业构建知识地
图的适用性。对工程咨询企业以及其它行业知识地图的构建也具一定的参考价值。

Abstract ：Engineering consulting e nterprise is a knowledge intensive enterprise gathered by high-qualitywuxiaxiaoshuo
talents. How to realize the sharing and innovation of enterprise knowledge is related to prise can win in the fierce competition. Based on the current situation of engineering consu ses ,this paper puts forward various knowledge map models suitable for enterprses^needs and cha tics. Taking two engineering cost consulting enterprises in Yunnan province as the research object and the construction of the project knowledge map application model as an example , this paper disc plicability to construct knowledge map of different scales of enterprises. And this paper also supports cer­
tain reference value for the construction of knowledge map of the engineering consulting ente other industries.

在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天，知识对于企业的可持续发展、竞争力的增强、经济效益的获取、未来市
场的开拓具有举足轻重的作用。企业进行知识管理，可以有效开发自身的知识资源，扩展知识的深度和广度；可以提升组织的创新能力，使之与经济环境的变化相匹配；还可以促进组织内部各种资源更好融合，提高企业创造价值的能力。工程咨询企业是典型的知识密集型企业，如 何实施有效的知识管理是一个重要的问题。
