摘要
在大学生的高级管理人员中引入专业模型并建立胜任的学生绩效模型，将有助于建立和改善行政程序，例如学生的选拔和培训，并提高大学生的整体素质。以北京林业大学的北林青春为例，本研究通过行为事件访谈的方法，对于干部人员的胜任力模型进行了构建，讨论了影响干部人员角需要的行为特征。 结果显示，北京林业大学的年轻学生干部的胜任力总体上处于相对较好的水平。站在本文所涉及胜任力模型角度展开观察，在自我管理素养和水平及管理他人的素养和水平这两方面表现较为良好，与此同时，在学习能力素养和水平及个人风格素养和水平这两方面表现仅为一般。因此，本文建议采取一些措施，例如全面的系统认证，强调材料的选择，科学的培训和实际的激励措施。
