体检说明
鉴于您已准备好申请移民签证所需要的各种证件，您应该就体检作出安排。您的家庭中准备现在申请移民签证的所有成员，包括儿童，不论其年龄大小，均应进行体检。
您可到下列的指定医院接受体检。我们不接受非指定医院的体检报告。体检表格将在体检时由医院的工作人员提供并填写。您必须在您签证问话的日期前去医院体检。每一接受体检者需携带护照及四张签证相片。
请您到指定的诊所或医院体检前，仔细阅读OF-171表即“移民签证申请人约见说明”( K签证申请人请参照“K签证申请人须知”)。您必须预先打电话到相关医院了解体检的正确程序。(请注意：如果你已选择参加美国国家签证中心的移民签证申请电子化处理计划，员工奖惩制度

All members of your family who intend to apply for their immigrant visas at this time must have a medical examination. This includes all children, regardless of age.耒
You should arrange to undergo your medical examination at the hospital indicated below. Medical examinations conducted at other hospitals will not be accepted. The medical examination forms will be generated and completed by the panel physician during the exam. and should just follow NVC’s instruct ions for applications processed electronically.)
