        [摘 要s开头的英文名]医疗保险金给付请求权分为两种，一种是社会保险法上的请求权，另一种是保险法上的请求权。二者在发挥各自保障作用的同时也存在部分竞合关系，给实践操作带来一些问题。必须正确处理两者的关系，进行正确的模式选择，才能实现两者的协调衔接，充分发挥各自的优势，实现保险资源的最优配置，最大化实现医疗保险的体系效益。通过对四种模式的比较研究，得出我国医疗保险金给付请求权竞合下社会保险居次赔付顺序的模式选择这一结论。
