Thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to read my email. Our customers are our highest priority. Our Amazon selling account has been temporarily deactivated due to intellectual property infringement.
Part One: Greater detail on the root cause(s) of the infringement:
On July 9th, we received an notice from Amazon team to warn us that our listings has used the trademark “RIP-STRIP”, trademark number is ******; complaint number is ******. ASIN:******.
Please see attachment 1, the email content we received from Amazon first time.
The first time we notice this serious mistake, we have checked carefully and modified the listings that have intellectual property problems immediately. We can guarantee that we never sold any of the products which we were not approved to sell. Before we upload the listings we have checked the word”RIP STRIP”, and unfortunately we have never checked it is a brand through euipo.europa.eu/eSearch/#basic/1+1+1+1/100+100+100+100/********. when earch for ”RIP STRI
P”. Because we ignored the symbolic “-”, so we do not mean to use this brand but we use it without purpose. We mistakenly thought it was a adjective to describe the way to use the cap. In the future we will be more careful about checking any questioned words before writing it in our listings.

Once we received notification from Amazon, we checked the trademark number again to find it is a new applied trademark beginning on April 30th,2019, hold by Beechfield Brands Limited. We feel so sorry to misuse this trademark. We have corrected all the listings involved in intellectual property infringement issue and will never sell them again. And we do as Amazon team told us in the email and case. We have also replied the email address notice-*************************** told us to reply. Maybe it is because amazon UK team did not receive our reply letter so they did not know we have corrected this issue and replied to amazon already. But we do did as amazon team told us to do. Please see our reply email in attachment 2 & 3.
We deeply understand if we want to become an innovation manufacture we must respect intellectual property right. We have been authorized to use Trademark and brand: ***** in the European market
place. Trademark number is *****. Please check the attachment 4 about the trademark registration receipt.
We have our own authorized brand to use so we have no reason use other seller’s trademark.
No matter the reason is, we have already modified all of the ASINs that have intellectual property problem in our account. In the future we will not use any of the trademark of other seller again. We absolutely didn't deliberately make this mistake. And we never sold this products to any customers yet, so no bad impact for our customers at present.
Part Two: Greater detail on the steps I have taken to prevent infringement going forward.
We have just wrote a paper work file announced and had a meeting to all our staffs that add questioned words to our listings is not allowed in our company, anyone who do it, or break this rule will be punished with no tolerance.
2.We’ve stopped to add any new product before we can sure that there is no problem from all aspects; this includes brand, manufacturer, UPC, model number, edition, quantity, packaging, and color.上海科技馆一日游
3.For our new staff, we have arranged policy training to them learning well how to obey the rule of Amazon to prevent new complaints or policy violation.
(1). The person responsible for listing the items was unaware of that , we are really sorry about it. We pay much attention on the listings of our own products. That individual, as well as all team members responsible for listing creation, have been counseled on the issue. We have deleted all the words that may involve intellectual property infringement in our listing the first time we received the warning Email. We deeply remember that we must comply with Amazon’s “Intellectual Property Regulation”and respect other companies’intellectual property. (2). We have carried out a research about the complainer trademarks & brands, and we proactively deleted all the infringement keywords in Title, Description and Search Terms that may cause infringement. And we updated them about our activities and the preventive measures we are taking to avoid further complaints.过年的风俗习惯
4.All product information must be double-check by item supervising department before listed them uk to ensure it will not be involved in others’brand name or design patent right. They will check brand name on euipo.europa.eu/eSearch/ and v.uk/search-for-trademark, and check patent on “Google Patent Search”carefully. We have established a department who will be in charge of monitoring and preventing trademark, copy right and patent violation happen
again.
5.We know that using an unknown word in keyword or description or bullet points may result in trademark infringement, and we are also responsible for listing my items in accordance with Amazon Condition Guidelines. So we will double check our listings in future to make sure to avoid this claim.
Checking item detail page every day, if I find my item page tampering by other people or I find some question items, I’ll send report listings that violate Amazon's policies or applicable law by “contacting us”.
