摘要：商业是城市永恒的主题，是城市的一种重要的生活形态，是城市的生命。而商业建筑则是城市公共空间最典型的代言人。随着近些年来西方发达国家已渐渐步入了后工业社会，全球经济的一体化发展，和我国商业地产的兴起、升温，商业建筑的业种和业态已变得越来越综合化，购物中心、超市、专卖店等商业建筑类型在我国的登陆及变异，对我国传统商业建筑——百货大楼的冲击几乎是颠覆性的。
