7类特殊人问诊制度
1.服务对象    老年人（65周岁以上）、军人军属、退役军人、烈士家属、卒中患者、急危重症患者、离休干部、消防救援人员、警察、扶贫对象、计生特殊家庭、残疾人、三无人员等。二、服务内容及措施1.特殊人就诊实行“六优先”：即优先挂号、优先就诊、优先检查、优先取药、优先缴费、优先住院。
2.在门诊大厅设置导诊台及学雷锋服务站点，为患者及特殊人免费提供医疗咨询、针线包、雨伞等服务。3.在挂号处、收费处、药房等科室设立优先窗口。4.为高龄、行动不便者提供轮椅、担架等设备。
5.对危急重病人开通“绿通道”，由医护人员陪同优先挂号、检查、办入院、取药等，实行“先救治，后收费”原则。6.对需急诊的三无人员开通绿通道先予诊治，同时由医院总值班帮助联系病人家属。
