1、登机柜台 Check in counter

2、办理登记 ticket and passport

4、自助办理登记终端&座位选择 self check-in kiosk
-Would you prefer window seat or aisle seat?-你想要靠窗的座位还是过道的座位？
-Can I have window seat /aisle seat please-我可以选靠窗的座位或者过道的座位吗？
5、行李托运 carry-on bag and checked bag
-Do you have any restricted items in your carry -on bag ?-在你的随身携带的包你有没有违禁物品?

6、暴力卸载 get mistreated

7、登机
