his paper studied the processing technology of the rolling bearing and design. Main contents including the types, performance and characteristics of the rolling bearing and rolling bearing working condition, the choice of rolling bearing size, machining process characteristics of bearing parts, bearing machining process and the design of the bearing assembly. Through understanding the main types of rolling bearing, the performance and characteristics, combined with the actual needs of the product requirements, select the appropriate bearing and the corresponding processing technological process.
