水果最佳冷藏保鲜温度湿度
苹果:适合的冷藏温度为-1℃~+1℃,湿度为85%~90%,贮藏期为2-70天;
梨: 适合的冷藏温度为-1℃~+1.5℃,湿度为85%~90%,贮藏期为1-6天;
西瓜:适合的冷藏温度为2℃~4℃,湿度为75%~85%,贮藏期为7-10天;
樱桃:适合的冷藏温度为0.5℃~1℃,湿度为80%左右,贮藏期为7-21天;
椰子:适合的冷藏温度为-4.5℃~-3℃,湿度为75%左右,贮藏期为8-12天;
葡萄:适合的冷藏温度为-1℃~3℃,湿度为85%~90%,贮藏期为1-4天;
草莓:适合的冷藏温度为-0.5℃~1.5℃,湿度为75%~85%,贮藏期为7-10天;
橘子:适合的冷藏温度为0℃~1℃,湿度为80%~90%,贮藏期为50-70天;
菠萝:适合的冷藏温度为4℃~12℃,湿度为85%~90%,贮藏期为14-20天。
食品保存最佳温度(1)鲜鱼最佳冷藏温度为零下3度。
肉类在2度至5度条件下冷藏,可保存一个星期。
桶装啤酒和瓶装啤酒宜在0度至5度保存,而瓶装熟啤酒则应在10度至25度保存。
鲜牛奶冷藏的最佳温度为2度至4度。
