摘要： The invention relates to a nebulizer and a vaporization chamber (3) for producing an aerosol (17) adapted to the plasma torch feed an ICP or MIP mass or emission spectrometer. The aerosol (7) is subjected to rapid heating by radiation so as to cause evaporation of the smaller droplets and preferably to cause the disintegration of large goutteletes into small droplets prior to complete evaporation. Combinations nebulizers / vaporization chamber according to the invention exhibit a better sample-transporting performance than those of the prior art. Also disclosed are optical spectrometers and mass ICP, MIP incorporating the nebulizer and the vaporization chamber.
