4.第一年度的总目标是:1)继续自己的专业研究,积极提高自身的专业水平,探索和实践,营造适合学生研究的舒适、轻松的英语课堂环境;2)继承优良的英语教育教学方法和手段,发挥自身教学特点,利用各种器材丰富教学内容,使课堂教学形式多样化,逐步建立个人教学风格;3)认知教材,因材施教,提升课堂掌控能力,完成几节有质量的展示课,并写下教学感想;4)阅读有助于自身教学提高和教师个人素质提高方面的书籍,教学方法和理论方面等的著作,尝试每学期能自读2~3本;5)积极参与各教育教学类学术活动,做好笔记及完成其相应要求和功课。
实施方式和途径:1)熟悉低年级教材,按照要求,配套单元计划来设计教案,从学生角度来展现,使学生喜欢上英语课,认为上英语课是一件开心的事,与教师关系融洽;2)积极参加各类教科研活动,注重自身实践、反思和总结,积累经验,拓宽教学思路;3)多问,时常请教骨干、优秀教师,研究其成熟的教学理念、对待事物的随机应变能力和课堂掌控技术,结合自身实际,形成一个全新的、便于自己控制的教学,使课堂教学有成效。
第一年目标的成果形式:1)1~2节有质量的展示课,并认真做好课后反思;2)听课、展示课受到好评,学生反响良好;3)良好的师生关系,好惯和行为伴随学生上好每一节课。
2.第二年度的总目标是:1)在英语课教学设计、语言、手段、方法等方面具有一定的教学特和经验,初步形成自己的教学风格;2)在教育科研方面有所突破,积极参与英语教研组课题研究,进行相关资料的收集和整理,并拟定一个学术研究方向;3)继续专业理论的研究,探索学生英语课创新能力,总结经验,促成更有效的课堂教学。
