漏水检测控制系统设计
摘 要
目前漏水现象经常发生在工业现场,漏水一直以来是导致水资源浪费发生事故的关键因素,为了减少损失和防止事故扩大,漏水检测是非常必要和重要的。
水管漏水怎么办本设计是采用RS485通信方式的漏水检测控制系统。下节点完成现场检测、控制、记录、报警,同时在网上远传。上节点完成远程监控。主机采用计算机,从机以单片机AT89S52为主控制器,由信号处理模块、A/D转换模块、报警模块、显示模块、电源模块、键盘模块,电磁阀驱动模块等外围电路组成。传感器实时监测漏水信号,发生泄漏时,输出0—20mV电压信号,系统接收漏水信号进行报警和定位泄露位置自动关闭相应水阀。本系统采用MCGS设计界面,用于显示检测画面,当出现故障时,相应显示画面自动跳出,显示故障点,实现对整栋办公大楼的模拟监控。
本漏水检测控制系统具有实时性能好、成本低、运行安全可靠等优点,及时的解决了办公大楼各个场所的漏水检测问题。

Abstract
Leakage phenomena often occurs in the industrial field at present, leaking is always the key factor of leading to water wastage and accidents。 In order to reduce the loss and accident prevention, leak detection is very necessary and important.
This design is to adopt RS485 communication mode of leakage detection and control systems. Node completes the scene detection, control, record and alarm, remotes transmission on the Internet at the same time. The complete remote monitoring nodes。 Host computer from the machine is given priority to with single—chip microcomputer AT89S52 controller, the signal processing module, A/D conversion module, alarm module, display module, power module, keyboard module, peripheral circuit of electromagnetic valve drive module, etc。 Sensor real—time monitoring of the leakage signal, leak, 0—20 mv voltage signal, the system which receives the leak signal alarm and locates leak position corresponding water valve shut off automatically. The leakage detection control system has good real-time performance, low cost, safe and reliable operation and so on, which can solve the office building each places leaking problem in time。
