Recently, the student union of our school conducted a survey among all the senior students, 2,105 in all in our school on whether you take notes in the class. According to the survey, one fourths of the students have the habit of taking notes and their grades are better. However, 37% of them don’t know how to take notes though they have tried and they expect some instruction from teachers. To make matters worse, 38% students never take notes because they don’t know what note to take. The rusult of the survey is quite worrying and in my opinion, measures should be taken to teach the students what and how to take notes.韶

Besides, 37% of students try to do it but they are poor in the ability, hoping their teachers can give them some guidances. In the same time, what worries us most is that 38% of students never do it
while they don’t know what they really needs to write and remember. As we can see, the situation is serious and worrying, so in my view, our school should take measures
at once to improve students’skill in taking the notes.

According to the results, there is 25% of the students who always get good marks in the exams are skillful in taking notes. While 37% of the students are attempting to set down the points during the class but lack of guidance, expecting to receive proper suggestion from their teachers. Worse still, there is approximately 40% of them neither take notes nor know how to do it. Considering the worrying phenomenon, I am firmly convinced that teachers are supposed to put more emphasis on teaching students study methods, like how to take notes, improve study efficiency and so on.

After reading the passage, I feel terribly angry with the attacker. There is no denying the fact that he has hurt the young man physically and mentally. He should take
legal responsibility for the young man. Such violent people should be punished.
If I were a passage on the bus, I would stop the attacker from hurting the young man and if I couldn’t stop him, I would call the police. Besides, I would tell the attacker what he did have offend laws.
As far as I am concerned, to build a harmonious society, everyone should obey moral values and laws. For example, people are supposed to give others a helping hand when they are in trouble. After reading this piece of news, I regard it unwise for the attackers to preserve so-called moral value, such
as justice by means of violence. It’s a fool thing they act.?If I were a passenger on the bus, I will stand up immediately to stop the attackers from beating the young man who is disabled. And then I will tell all the passengers the fact that the young man is disabled and not unwilling to give a helping hand to the woman. At last, I will encourage the people to preserve moral values in a wise and legal way.
When it comes to building up a harmonious society, I have some suggestions. First, every citizen should obey the laws and preserve moral values. If met with emergency, we can protect ourselves by knowledge. ?(李君婷23 points)
The news report a disabled people was slapped for not offering a seat for a mother，and the author thinks we shouldn’t use violence for justice which will have a bad effect on society.
After reading the news, I’m disappointed about the act of the woman. How can we hurt others, especially a disabled people? Although others can’t do us a favor, he/she shouldn’t be hurt. And I also feel ashamed that other passengers in the car couldn’t offer a seat to a woman with a body.
If I were a passenger in that car, I could stand up and offer my seat to the woman. Besides, I will attempt to talk with the woman and tell her that we should be polite.
To build a more harmonious society, I have some suggestions. Firstly, the government shou
ld take measures to raise the moral values of the people because actions depend on thoughts. Secondly, we should try our best to be polite and kind and remember that violence isn’t the way to solve our problems. Last but not least, we should form the habit of helping others. Everyone in this world will meet troubles some day, so don’t be mean to give a helping hand.
