0 引言
随养殖规模的发展，在大饲养过程中，羊疾病的爆发是造成养殖户经济损失的关键问题之一。在疾病预防过程中，到防治效果较好，且不产生抗药性和药物残留的绿、天然药物是当下最为紧迫的关键问题。本文就中兽医在肉羊养殖过程中疾病的、预防及控制措施等各方面作详细分析及论述，旨在为肉羊养殖过程的疾病防治提供科学的理论指导及有效的技术措施。增加养殖户的经济收益，为市场提供绿、安全的优质羊肉。
1 常见疾病及措施
1.1 羔羊痢疾
羔羊痢疾是肉羊养殖过程中较为常见的疾病，该病由B 型产气荚膜梭菌导致，具有较短病程和较高死亡率，发性明显，常伴有剧烈腹泻症状，导致水盐代谢紊乱，患病羔羊后肠粘膜需较长时间修复，严重减
低其生产性能。此外，该疾病会导致病原菌长期留存，根除难度较大[1]。养殖户需增强疾病防控意识，结合发病原因，制定有效的综合性方案。
中兽医对羔羊痢疾的较常采用的方法是白针加上水针，再辅以一定的药物。所谓白针，即在后海、关元俞后三里和脾俞处针灸，水针即在百会和后海穴位处针灸，后辅以黄连、白头翁、秦皮和黄柏几类中药材熬制的汤剂，给患病羔羊连续服用即可改善病情[2]。为确保的效果，人员应结合羔羊的病情合理的选择灌服次数和药材的用量。1.2 羔羊腹泻
