体育管理体制的现状与对策研究

2.黑龙江省总工会宣教部，黑龙江哈尔滨 150001)摘 要：采用实地访谈与问卷相结合的方法，对东北老工业基地14个大型国有企业职工体育管理体制的现状进行了调研。目前国有企业职工体育管理体制存在的问题有：自上而下的行政化管理体制；封闭式的管理模式；投资主体的单一化。并提出以下对策：加大对企业社区体育公共设施的投入；加强与社区的合作关系；鼓励职工成立基层体育协会。
