民办学校非营利办学的四项原则

        摘要： 近年来民办教育成为我国教育领域中不可忽视的力量，民办学校的发展日益迅速，办学实力日益壮大，其中非营利民办学校日益得到社会的关注。本文结合厦门华厦职业学院非营利办学的实践经验，初步探讨了民办学校在非营利办学模式下必须坚持的四项原则—产权独立清晰，法人治理结构完善，办学盈余不分配，财务信息公开并接受社会监督。

In this paper， taking the non-profit educational experience of Xiamen Huaxia Vocational College as an example， the four principles for non-profit school running mode in private schools are explore， namely independent and clear property rights， the perfect corporate governance structure， no allocation of surpluses for school running传统婚礼， financial information disclosure under social supervision.
