2012—2019 年共 8 年的汉语国际教育专业本科生毕业去向进行了深入分析,并且
有关农业生产的谚语
与该校汉语言文学专业(非师范)本科毕业生就业情况进行了比较。研究发现,
华东师范大学汉语国际教育本科专业就业方向充分体现了其“双语、双文化、双能
力”的培养目标,其就业质量也高于同期汉语言文学专业(非师范)本科毕业生。
文章认为,要跳出传统计划经济时代的“专业对口”观念,帮助学生做好职业规
七宗罪是哪七宗
划。同时指出,作为非普遍教授语言教学,国际汉语教学不可能完全照搬国际英语
教学界的人才培养方式,本科生的培养在汉语国际教育专业建设中有重要意义。

Abstract The issue of employment of undergraduate students majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL) has always been of great concern to the academic community,

but statistics on this issue are rare for institutions with a long history such as East China Normal
University. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the eight years of undergraduate students
majoring in TCSOL from East China Normal University between 2012 and 2019, and compares
them with the employment situation of undergraduate students in Chinese Language and
Literature (non-normal). The study finds that the employment direction of East China Normal
University’s undergraduate students majoring in TCSOL fully reflects its goal of “bilingual,
bicultural and dual ability”, and its employment quality is higher than that of the undergraduate
students in Chinese Language and Literature (non-normal). The paper suggests that it is necessary
to break away from the traditional planned economy era of the “professional counterpart” concept
to help students do a good job in career planning. At the same time, it points out that, as a non-
universal language teaching, the talent cultivation method of international Chinese language
teaching cannot be completely copied from that of international English teaching community,
and the cultivation of undergraduate students majoring in TCSOL is of great significance in the
construction of this field.
