本专业培养学生经济理论功底和公共政策分析能力。要求学生熟悉经济学、公共经济学基本理论基础，利用经济学基本范式分析公共经济政策，掌握公共经济学分析工具，理解国家公
共经济政策、法规的制定及其经济效果；具有较强的英语应用能力、人际沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作意识，能独立处理各种经济业务和从事各种相关的经济管理工作，拥有评判公共经济政策的能力。能胜任经济理论研究、实际经济分析、公共政策研究、综合经济管理或教学工作的复合性人才。
This concentration provides an excellent foundation for students in economics theories and analyzing public policies. Students are trained to have a good knowledge of the theories of Economics and particularly public economics, master the principal paradigms and tools of economics to analyze public economic policies, and understand the determination mechanism and process of a economy’s public economic policies and regulations and their economic effects. With good abilities in foreign language,communication, coordinationa and teamwork, students are well prepared for dealing with various kinds of economic management activities independently, judging public economics policies, and being competent for economic research and teaching.

、Skills Profile and Minimum Credits
依托学校经济、管理、法学、艺术等学科优势，本专业培养的学生应具有良好思想品德、社会公德和职业道德；经济和管理理论基础扎实、知识面宽、业务能力强、综合素质好、富有创新意识和开拓精神，具有较强从事国际经济与国际商务经营管理综合能力与素质。
1. 知识。具有数学、英语、计算机、经济学、管理学、统计学基础知识；公共经济、公共政策、劳动经济学等专业知识；会计、财务管理、商务法律、管理与营销相关专业知识及社会学、文学、美学、自然科学等其他知识。
2. 能力。具有较强的运用定性、定量分析方法，提出、分析和解决问题的能力；具有公共经济的分析能力；扎实的英语口语和书面交流能力及熟练运用专业英语能力；较好的团队合作精神和人际交往能力；熟练运用计算机、网络技术等从事经济学和公共政策分析的能力；掌握文献检索、资料查阅的基本方法，具有初步的科研能力；具有了解本学科的理论前沿及发展动态，不断获取新知识的能力。
3. 素质。具有强烈社会责任感和人文关怀意识；具有创新、创业和团队合作意识；具有良
好的职业道德和敬业精神；具有强烈事业心和进取心，良好的专业素养，较强的专业能力；具有健康的体魄和良好的心理素质。
