摘要
在航空服务工作中，服务的对象身份、年龄、身体状况千差万别，不同的旅客在旅行的过程中需要不同的服务。儿童是航空服务实践中最为特殊的服务对象人之一，需要航空服务人员对其进行特殊的照顾。本文中，对不同年龄段的儿童旅客的特点进行了概括和分析，并针对不同年龄阶段的儿童旅客的特点介绍了服务中应当遵循的原则和采取的措施。进行这样的研究，最终目的是为了更好为旅客服务，希望本文中的内容能够具备实践价值，为从事航班服务的工作人员有所启发，提升服务质量，为儿童旅客带来更加贴心和优质的服务。

Such research, finally the purpose is to better service for passengers, the contents of the hope that this article can have practical value, to inspire staff engaged in the service, improve service quality, bring children passengers more close and the high quality service.
