They will feel tired if they watch TV for a long time. They are easy to get sick for the reason that they lack of exercise. The most important thing is that they like staying at home instead of going outside with friends.
From my own perspective, teenagers should have a plan to make their lives become more healthy. They can do some reading instead of playing games. It is useful for them to acquire knowledge from books. They can do some sports with their friends. They can not only do exercise but also can communicate with their friends. It is important for people to have a healthy life.
