How to keep healthy
      Everyone wants to be healthy. But how can we keep healthy? First, I think we should have good eating habits. We should eat a balanced diet. For example, we should try to eat more vegetables and fruit and less meat. Drinking milk is good for our health. We shouldn’t eat too much junk food . Second, we should have a healthy lifestyle. We should go to bed early and get up early. We should take more exercise. Donhealthylifestylet get too stressed out and too tired. Its easy to have a balanced diet. Its important to have a healthy lifestyle.
I live 10 kilometers from school. It’s a little far from school. I usually get up at 6:00 o’clock every day, shower, and have a quick breakfast. Then I leave for school at around six-thirty. First, I ride my bicycle to the bus station. That takes me about ten minutes. Then the early bus takes me to school. The bus ride usually takes about 20minutes. I get to school at about 7:10. Class begins at 7:30.
