As a student, keeping a healthy lifestyle is of great importance. Good health not only can make us more energetic and able to cope with study and life better, but also may reduce the risk of diseases obviously. Therefore, to form a good health lifestyle is essential.
First and foremost, regular exercise. It helps us release the pressure from study and refresh us both physically and mentally. Swimming, running, basketball and yoga are good choices, and it's advisable to find the exact exercise suitable for you and keep at it.
Second, developing healthy diet habits. We all should avoid fast food and sugar drinks, instead, more vegetables and fruits are encourged. Remember to enjoy a balanced diet everyday, with enough proteins, fats, carbohydrates and vitamins.
In addition, having sufficient sleep is also very important. According to study, adults should get 7-9 hours sleep every day, and as students we should try our best to follow the quantity, or it can affect our productivity and academic achievements.
Last but not least, spending time on outdoor activities such as hiking and flying kites is a good way to stay healthy and close to nature.
To sum up, we need to form good health habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Doing exercise, eating healthy, having enough sleep and staying close to nature are all necessary and help us lead a healthy life, by maintaining that, all of our dreams may come true.
