该项目是由国际奥委会、中国奥委会、北京奥组委在汶川地震后捐助800万美元建设的。设计的思路就是将传统的体校设计转换成开放式的城市体育公园。十字形的建筑平面把室外运动场地分为田径、篮/排球和网球3个区,十字平面内将校舍、球馆、泳池、网球场沿4个方向展开。中心是更衣沐浴和管理用房,相互之间以休息长廊连接。建筑结合德阳气候,尽量采用半开放、自然通风采光的空间,以利节能。建筑材料大量采用结构性清水混凝土。钢拱屋面和本地灰砖、竹材,表达了健康、生态的理念。强化建构逻辑,从某种意义上体现了奥林匹克精神。□

李兴钢:举重若轻的十字城市跑跑张博
如何在一个尚在规划和生长之中、还几乎被田野和山川围绕的新城中定位一组建筑的格局和面目?在这个以体育运动及教育为主要目的建筑中,复杂多样的功能出人意料地被一个坚定的十字格局所整合,并将偌大的场地化整为零、各具尺度,简单明了又合情合理。轻薄袒露的钢构网壳化解了圆拱的闷重,放置在混凝土结构之上,真实清晰但并
无简陋之感。围护的竹构给整个建筑深沉的工业气质带来不可或缺的温暖感。廊道、庭院串联起所有的
实体空间,使这个异常简明的建筑又重新获得一种城市般的丰富与层次。十字中心的开放共享区使人联想到路易·康所说的学校起源的“树下空间”,或许以演讲及聚会式的舞台代替视觉景观式的喷泉会更加符合原意。在整体清净明朗的气氛中,入动广场上高低变化的五环构筑物显得有些跃扬和冗余。

The project was funded by the International
Olympic Committee, the C hinese Olympic
Committee and the Beijing Olympic Organizing
Committee, all of whom donated 8 million USD
to the construction after the 2008 Wenchuan
earthquake. The cross-shaped building creates
outdoor sports venues in three different areas-
venues for athletics, basketball/volleyball and
tennis.  It also distributes the school’s dormitory,
arena, swimming pool and tennis courts in four
directions. Spaces for bathing, dressing and
management are located at the center and connected
by long corridors. The building is adapted to the local
climate and characterized by semi-open space with
natural ventilation and energy saving lighting. The
dominant material is exposed structural concrete.
The incorporation of a bowed steel roof, local-made
gray bricks and bamboo expresses intentions about
sustainability.□
