关于中国名牌国际化思考
摘  要
未来10年~15年将是中国品牌实现真正国际化的关键阶段,很多中国企业面临着品牌国际化的烦恼。针对与此,本文探讨了中国企业国际化战略的走向。文章认为,中国品牌参与国际竞争主要有跨国公司模式、海外并购模式、OEM加工出口模式、委托海外渠道开拓市场等四种方式,其中后两种模式对大多数中国企业而言是更为现实的品牌国际化之路。

REFLECTIONS ON THE CHINESE BRAND INTERNATIONALIZATION
ABSTRACT
The next 10 years to 15 years will be a crucial stage of truly international brand in China; many Chinese enterprises are facing brand internationalization troubles. In order to solve this problem, this paper discusses the trend of Chinese enterprise internationalization strategy. T
he article thinks, Chinese brands to participate in international competition are Multi-National Corporation model, overseas mergers and acquisitions mode, OEM export processing mode, entrust overseas channels to open up the market in four ways, after which the two modes for the majority of Chinese enterprises are more realistic brand internationalization.
