1.1基本技术要求Basic Technical Requirement
1.1.1北京地铁8号线二期工程正线信号系统采用完整的ATC列车自动控制系统，包括列车自动监控子系统ATS、列车自动防护子系统ATP、 列车自动运行子系统ATO三个子系统。本工程信号系统考虑与北京地铁8号线一期工程信号系统的衔接，系统结构及功能采用与一期工程的信号系统相兼容的设备配置，且性能至少达到与一期相同的水平。

1.1.4本工程信号系统实现与一期工程信号系统的无缝衔接及贯通运营。卖方承诺在对一期工程改造、衔接期间不中断一期工程的运营，以及不影响10号线一期的正常运营。

1.1.5本工程信号系统考虑与10号线的分离，卖方提供详细的两线分离的设计方案及实施方案并负责实施，方案需考虑8号线和10号线同期实施及不同期实施两种情况。

1.1.6卖方负责实现8号线全线（包括一期和二期）与TCC系统的接口，包括涉及的一期工程设备编号及接口协议等的相关改造。

1.1.7本工程新建控制中心，维修中心，一期设备需纳入本中央系统进行控制管理，卖方根据一期工程的实际情况提出详细的改造方案。一二期的系统设备满足安全性、可靠性、可用性和兼容性等技术指标要求，同时具有较高的性能价格比。
This project contain new OCC,maintenance ceter,equipment for phase 1 should be included in the central system to do control and management.the Seller shall present detailed reconstruction plan based on the actual condition of Phase 1 project. Phase 1 and phase 2 equipments shall meet the technical index on safety, reliability, availability and compatibility and shall be of higher cost performance.
