腾讯企业文化对其核心竞争力影响的探究

受经济全球化的影响，中国经济被卷入世界贸易的浪潮中，许多外资企业进驻中国市场。对于中国企业来说，巨大的竞争压力，是挑战也是一种机遇。在这种大形势下，中国企业转型是趋势所在。如何提高核心竞争力，让企业在世界贸易的浪潮中保证可持续发展，是许多公司研究关注的重要问题。企业文化影响了核心竞争力，决定了它的方向，同时核心竞争力也是企业文化功能的体现。而核心竞争力可以帮助企业打造属于自身独有的优秀的市场竞争条件，包括文化、经济以及产品优势，是企业在市场竞争中能够不断获取优势的关键因素。
本文通过研究企业文化和核心竞争力的含义，分析企业文化对核心竞争力的影响作用，结合腾讯公司优秀企业文化作为案例，分析其对于腾讯的核心竞争力影响作用。采用比较案例研究法、文献分析法，调查分析腾讯优秀企业文化，以及腾讯优秀企业文化影响下，核心竞争力的形成，核心竞争力在企业发展整个过程中的重要作用。

工商企业管理就业前景Research on the Influence of Tencent's Corporate Culture on its Core Competitines
Abstract
Affected by economic globalization, China's economy has been involved in the tide of world trade, and many foreign-funded enterprises have entered the Chinese market. For Chinese enterprises, the huge competitive pressure is a challenge as well as an opportunity. In this big situation, the transformation of Chinese enterprises is the trend. How to improve the core competitiveness and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises in the tide of world trade is an important issue that many companies focus on. Corporate culture affects the core competitiveness, determines its direction, and the core competitiveness is the embodiment of corporate cultural function.
By studying the meaning of corporate culture and core competitiveness, this paper analyzes the influence of corporate culture on core competitiveness, and takes the excellent corporate culture of Tencent as a case to analyze its influence on the core competitiveness of Tencent. Comparative case study method and literature analysis method are adopted to investigate and analyze Tencent's excellent corporate culture and the formation of core competitiveness under the influence of Tencent's excellent corporate culture.
