通常长期记忆训练都是人给你做一段5-6分钟的speech不依靠任何笔记，完全大脑记忆。之后马上复述出来。随着进度这个时间可以增长。在最初阶段注意抓住整体，总体内容，联系。慢慢的可以试着尽可能得来抓小的细节。其实这个跟presentation差不多，但这个更有针对性。
