【设计意图】Group work,不再是全班都做相同的任务,每个小组有不同的任务可做,使不同层次的学生都有事可做,每个小组在展示的过程中,也使其他的小组学到了很多,有效的引导学生将所学知识运用到实际生活中,从而达到学以致用的目的,进而再次了巩固文本知识的学习。通过生生互动巩固训练,加深孩子们对新知识的印象,在合作中尽情展示自我,让课堂成为学生自我展现的舞台,体现学以致用的教学理念。

Look, This is me. I was one then. I cant do a lot of things. My grandparents were young then.They taught me how to eat,how to walk. They sent me to school. They loved me very much. Now I am tall. but our grandparents are old. They cant do a lot. But they still love us. Let’s respect and love them.(让我们对他们致以深深的敬意和爱戴吧!)
【设计意图】借助自己的照片,采用整体呈现的方式复现给学生学习的语言材料,激活已学习的知识内容,使学生再次整体感知所学语言,总结本节课重点知识的同时,逐步感受be动词的变化并抓住机会渗透懂得感恩好品质,让孩子们联想到自己的爷爷奶奶为自己做的事情,教育孩子们:We should respect and love our grandparents.使课堂教学达到高潮!

学生迅速带入英语学习的氛围,并借助趣味性的拍手chant游戏,激发了学生的学习热情,为后面的学做好情感与知识准备。活动1的学习在有趣的简短的动画教学中使学生对如何描述过去的事情由了初步的了解。活动2更是通过三听一读一演的反复强化,加深了学生对如何表达熬过去与现在的不同的理解。
文本教学后,随后的Group work,不再是全班都做相同的任务,每个小组由不同的任务可做,使不同层次的学生都有事可做,每个小组在展示的过程中,也使其他的小组学到了很多,有效的引导学生将所学知识运用到实际生活中,从而达到学以致用的目的,进而再次了巩固文本知识的学习。最后,由Talk about yourself进入情感教育,教育孩子们:We should respect and love our grandparents.使课堂教学达到高潮!
总的来说,本节课教学效果比较理想。
