摘要实习单位鉴定:饮食是一切生物生存和发展的首要条件,然而唯有人类才把饮食发展成为一种文化,但不同民族和地域各自的发展特点,是地区饮食文化的呈现出地域性、民族性。四川地区阴湿的区域环境背景决定了其饮食文化带有具有浓郁地方麻辣的地方特,川菜、风味小吃、川茶和川酒是其中的典型代表。但四川的饮食文化的发展还存在一定的缺陷,因此笔者据此提出建议:要深入挖掘四川饮食文化内涵;突出特,实施美食之都的品牌战略;打造川菜标准化、产业化;加强餐饮人才培养,全面提高餐饮服务管理水平;进一步强化宣传的舆论导向。
