各部门、各位员工: 出师未捷身先死
结合公司实际及上级单位安排,现将放假时间及要求通知如下:
一、放假时间为:2022年10月1日至10月7日。其中:

(一)假期期间员工如须离津的,需经公司报备。
(二)假期期间离津不得前往及途经国*家公布的中高风险地区 。
(三)各部门如有离津人员的,需上报部门员工离津信息统计表, 经部门负责人签字后于9月中星6b卫星经度30日下午15:00前提交人力资源部备案。
(四) 返津后如更新后的健*康码显示绿、且实际轨迹与上报的信息相同,且无发热等症状的,即可正常入厂上班。
(五) 如更新后的健*康码未显示绿或实际轨迹与上报的信息不符,或出现发热症状,则需员工本人自费申请进行新冠肺炎病毒核酸检测,且检查结果为阴性,提交综合管理部批准后方可入厂上班。因此原因导致无法按时上班的,需及时履行请假手续。
(六) 如发现员工有离津未报备,对体温检测、健*康码、轨迹信息等信息上报有作假行为的,视为员工严重违反公司规章制度行为,后续按《 公司疫情防控期间员工行为规范及处罚措施》及公司意见进行处理。
(七)放假期间,企业微*信中体温上报工作继续执行,对于发现体温异常的人员,应第一时间向公司疫情防控领导工作小组报告,并根据指示进行下一步工作。
(八)假期期间持续做好个人防护工作,注意自身及家人安全。
