各部门、各位员工： 出师未捷身先死
结合公司实际及上级单位安排，现将放假时间及要求通知如下：
一、放假时间为：2022年10月1日至10月7日。其中：
二、要求：
（一）假期期间员工如须离津的，需经公司报备。
（二）假期期间离津不得前往及途经国*家公布的中高风险地区 。
（三）各部门如有离津人员的，需上报部门员工离津信息统计表， 经部门负责人签字后于9月中星6b卫星经度30日下午15：00前提交人力资源部备案。
（四） 返津后如更新后的健*康码显示绿、且实际轨迹与上报的信息相同，且无发热等症状的，即可正常入厂上班。
（五） 如更新后的健*康码未显示绿或实际轨迹与上报的信息不符，或出现发热症状，则需员工本人自费申请进行新冠肺炎病毒核酸检测，且检查结果为阴性，提交综合管理部批准后方可入厂上班。因此原因导致无法按时上班的，需及时履行请假手续。
（六） 如发现员工有离津未报备，对体温检测、健*康码、轨迹信息等信息上报有作假行为的，视为员工严重违反公司规章制度行为，后续按《 公司疫情防控期间员工行为规范及处罚措施》及公司意见进行处理。
（七）放假期间，企业微*信中体温上报工作继续执行，对于发现体温异常的人员，应第一时间向公司疫情防控领导工作小组报告，并根据指示进行下一步工作。
（八）假期期间持续做好个人防护工作，注意自身及家人安全。
