【篇三：巴西商务签证须知】
巴西商务签证须知签证有效期：三个月停留期：30天
  所需资料
中方单位需提供材料：
1） 公司派遣函公证书（内容应包括：申请人的姓名、职务，到巴西的具体访问目的和时间，所需费用谁承担。中英文对照）
巴西商务派遣函
申请人所在公司致总领事馆的经过公证的派遣函原件（用公司信头纸打印），包括申请人的姓名、职务、在职时间，在巴西的联系人，赴巴西的目的并明确指出在巴西从事活动的性质以及逗留时间。申请人所在公司必需在派遣函中承诺对申请人在巴西的活动负全责并保证其在规定期限内按时回国。
信函必须由公司高层管理者签字，其姓名和职务须标注拼音
  这些是派遣函内容要上的内容
  2） 申请人所在公司营业执照复印件公证书。（中英文对照）
申请人所在公司致领事部的经过公证的派遣函原件（用公司信头纸打印），包括申请人的
姓名、职务、在职时间，在巴西的联系人，赴巴西的目的，承诺对申请人在巴西的活动负全责并保证其在规定期限内按时回国。信函必须由公司高层管理者签字，其姓名和职务须标注拼音。请明确指出在巴西从事活动的性质以及逗留时间。
  外方需提供材料：
巴西公司致领事处的邀请函原件（须在当地公证处做认证），应写清商务访问的具体目的，邀请方的cnpj号、完整的， ，邮箱地址。葡萄文
申请人需备材料：
1） 有效护照（有效期最少6个月以上）。
2） 填写签证申请表一式两份，申请表须用英语或葡语填写，申请人必须签名并注明填表日期。姓名一栏和其他中文名称可用汉语拼音填写。所有申请表格需用a4纸机打成正反面，不可手写。
3）4 x 5 cm,2寸彩照2张，要求是半年内近照。白底、脸与肩膀位于照片中央，眼睛注视
相机，无反光与阴影，下巴至头顶高度在31——36毫米之间，面部表情为中性；如戴眼镜，镜片不得反光，不得戴太阳镜，镜框不得有颜、隐形眼镜镜片需无；照片大小40x50mm，无需裁像机剪切。头顶两边空白的距离一定要7mm以上
