薪酬管理制度(范本)
日本旅游签证本制度适用于公司正式聘用员工和试用期员工,但特殊岗位另行制定的除外。其目的是为了适应企业发展要求,充分发挥薪酬的激励作用,建立一套相对科学、合理的薪酬体系,进一步拓展员工晋升的职业发展通道。本制度为确定员工薪酬的直接依据,体现公平、公正原则。
薪酬包括员工因被雇佣而获得的直接和间接的报酬。为简便起见,本薪酬管理制度中薪酬与工资同义,统一称为工资。薪酬结构包括基本工资、岗位工资、工龄工资、绩效工资、各类补贴、个人相关扣款、销售提成和奖金。
基本工资是劳动者所得工资额的基本组成部分,用于保障员工基本生活,较之工资的其他组成部分具有相对稳定性。岗位工资是指以岗位劳动责任、所需知识技能、劳动强度、劳动条件等为依据确定的工资。工龄工资是公司根据员工为公司服务年限的长短给予的津贴。
绩效工资是指员工完成岗位责任及工作,公司对该岗位所达成的业绩而予以支付的薪酬部分。各类补贴是对员工的工作经验、劳动贡献等等的积累所给予的补偿。个人相关扣款包括
各种福利和个人必须承担的部分、个人所得税及因员工违反公司相关规章制度而被处罚的。
销售提成是公司相关销售人员享受的一种薪酬形式,按公司销售提成相关管理规定执行。奖金是公司为了完成专项工作或对做出突出贡献的员工的一种奖励。公司可根据实际情况对奖金及享受标准进行调整。
试用期薪酬适用于试用期员工,其薪酬标准按照试用期员工所在岗位的工资标准执行。试用期为3个月,试用期员工的薪酬根据实际试用情况和业绩表现确定。
