写法点拨
在进行写作时，我们可以采取三步走的方法:
1.与联系人寒暄，表明写作意图，引出话题。若与收信人较亲密，可以直呼其名，然后简单说明写信目的:若与联系人较为陌生，可以先说明自己的身份再引出写信的目的。
2. 详细阐述邮件内容，主次分明，详略得当。内容即写信人具体要说的话。可以是通知、致谢、叙事、致贺、邀请、提建议等，可以是一件事，也可以是几件事。
3.首尾呼应，再次点明主旨，表示问候。简单概括邮件的主题，表达对收信人的美好祝愿，再次表明自己的写作意图，呼应开头，使文章结构更加严谨。
