Everyone want to be healthy, because everyone wants to live longery.The healthy lifestyle is very important.I often play volleyball to keep fit.I play it with my friends after school.Sometimes I run around the playground.I do exercise half an hour every day.Healthy food is also good for us.I always have milk and bread for breakfast.Usually I have lunch at school.I often eat meat ,vegetables and some soup.For dinner,I have rice or noodles.I seldom eat too much sweets.They are bad for my health.
The simplest way to be health is running,riding a bike.Whether rich or poor,can do two kinds of movement,can easily dothe two movement,but not excessive exercise,it will damage thebody.Keep a good attitude,happiness will always stay.
In order to maintain the health,physical exercise is the best way.In PE class, we can run on the playground,play basketball, In winter,students still do not fear the cold,keep on running in the playground,even sweat.Want to be healthy,diet is also important.The food Pyramid wrote:eat a little salt,oil,milk, eggs and meat;many vegetables,fruit,plenty of wholegrains.The
