My favorite piece of clothing is a traditional Chinese dress called a Chi-pao. Chi-pao was a verybig part of(是…的很大一部分) Chinese womens fashion which became prevalent after the 1920s. AChi-pao kinda looks like a skintight dress(紧身裙)! but always comes with half sleeves and buttonsup to the neck. Owing to its special design to closely fit a female body(贴合女性身体), a Chi-paocan always perfectly show the curves of a woman. My Chi-pao is green with bright peoniespatterns on it. I rarely wear it because it is not super comfortable for everyday activities. But onspecial occasions like gatherings with international friends or some school events, I often wear theChi-pao. For example, the last time I wore it was to a dinner party of international students whereeveryone was encouraged to wear their traditional national costume, a lot of friends said it lookedamazing and the dress itself was very artistic.
