高职院校旅游类毕业生的就业期望

        【摘 要】人们一直认为高职旅游专业学生求职首选高薪与福利，该专业学生求职地区与性别相关，学生首先依靠社会关系求职。但此观点并不准确。经问卷调查、并借助spss软件统计，调查发现：大部分学生首先从性格、价值观、兴趣择业。性别与就业地区选择并无明显关系。学生首先依赖学校高质量的职业指导与校园招聘会。男生期望薪资高于女生，很少有学生主动选用学校资源寻求就业指导与帮助。
